- Your name, email, company or institution (optional), your message and the page language.
- Why and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry, book a demo and prepare an offer (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not send newsletters.
- How long
- 12 months after our last contact, unless we sign a contract.
- Cookies and analytics
- The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or ads. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored only in your browser, in localStorage under the key edusimo-theme.
- Who runs the website technically
- The website is delivered by the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). It sees the device IP address, browser data and the address of the page viewed, and forwards contact form messages to our mailbox. Transfers to the US are based on the European Commission's Data Privacy Framework decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and, additionally, the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
- Do you have to provide data
- Providing data is voluntary, but without your name and email we cannot reply to your message.
- Your rights
- You have the right to access and rectify your data, to request its erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
